What Does the Warranty Cover?

When you purchase a quality Opulenti piece, your purchase is covered under this warranty, as follows:

This warranty is limited and is valid for 30 (thirty) days from date of the purchase receipt.

Opulenti Jewellery will only be responsible for the replacement or repair of a defective or non-compliant product.  The replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of Opulenti Jewellers.

This warranty will not cover, for instance (including but not necessarily limited to):

  •       The failure of the product to execute specific functions;
  •       Stones not part of the original purchase;
  •       Damages (e.g. missing stones) or any other issues caused by or attributable to, for instance:

o   Workmanship or repair work carried out by any party other than Opulenti Jewellers (including but not necessarily limited to resizing, cleaning, repairs, setting stones, etc), especially such as to have a negative impact on the quality and workmanship of Opulenti Jewellers;

  • Extreme or excessive wear and tear;
  • Any misuse of the product;
  • Improper use of the product, including neglect, abuse or an accident to.

How do I make a Claim?

In the unlikely event of your purchase being defective, please notify Opulenti Jewellers in writing within 30 (thirty) days of the date on your purchase receipt.  Your notice should be sent to:   enquiries@opulenti.com.au.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opulenti Jewellers shall not be liable for damages, including but not necessarily limited to, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, direct, or indirect related to the purchase from Opulenti Jewellers, whether in contract or tort, including but not necessarily limited to loss of benefits or profits in relation to the purchased product.
